My father, Capt. Chester Doyle Wilkins was KIA on 3/31/45. He was with the 41st Tank Battalion, 11th Armored Division. I was born on 2/12/45. He was overseas when I was born. Does anyone recall him?
My thanks to all the soldiers for preserving our freedom and our country.

T-4Ralph Berry(my grandfather) was on the tank with Cpt.Wilkins March 31,1945 in Fulda, Germany. My grandfather was wouned and took command of the tank and returned to an aid station to try and save him. Please call or e-mail(207)645-9780 or gdbean@beeline-online.net Gerald Bean Jr. Wilton Me.
