I am looking for anyone who might have known my Great-Uncle Hoy Lee Smith. He was with the 705th Tank Destroyer Battalion, A Company and was killed on 4 Sept 1944 in France. I'm trying to research my family's history and if anyone has stories or pics they would be willing to share I would be much appreciative.
