My father, Sgt. Ralph Edwin Snowberger, past away Aug. 2006. Before he died, he told me of a son he had in 1948,named Joseph Edwin Snowberger. Joseph would be 59 or 60 yrs. old, and he was born in North Rhine-Westphalia area. Does anyone have suggestions on how I could locate him??? Just trying to put my heart and mind to ease!
