My father was Cpl. Refugio "Hinojos" Ray Cervantes and toward the end of his service was Tech. Sgt. Ray Cervantes.
I've always been proud of his service to our country and to see this web-site with all of the 11th Armored Division History makes me even prouder for all of you who served. If anyone remembers my dad I would enjoy hearing any stories you might be willing to share. My mother is still alive but we lost dad April 10, 2003 and I miss him every day. I wish he would have been able to see this web-site and share memories with me. I do remember him telling me the story of "Rechrival, Belgium".

I am the PROUD daughter of Cpl. Refugio "Hinojos" Ray Cervantes. I too would love to hear any stories that you could share about my dad. I don't recall him ever telling me any of his war stories. I miss you dad!
