My grandfather, Ernest "Bud" Cox drove a flame throwing tank in WWII over in the Pacific. From this picture he gave me, he was in Company A. I am so proud of him and all the other men from the greatest generation, I have a company picture I scanned 713th Company A, as well as pics of his tattoo Also, he got a tattoo on his forearm along with 4 other guys in Hawaii before they shipped over to the Pacific to fight, and as a tribute to him, I got a recreation of his tatt. We both reside here in Wichita, KS. He is 86, and a little hard of hearing. I enjoy sitting down with him to talk about the war. Any other information you have about their battles, any pictures you have, I would love to share.
Here is his email: email@example.com
