Hi I'm looking for anyone who may have known my grand father he was with the 11th armored div. his name was William k Cherico people called him bill or billy. Any info would help thank you.

I did not know your grandfather. However, I did find that he was assigned to Company D, 41st Tank Batta;on. There is an entry in the D41TK history on the 11ADA web site that mentions his name on April 27, 1945.
